Orders once placed can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order, as we strive for fast dispatch and the best possible delivery service.
To cancel your order, email us your Order ID with the reason for cancellation at support@scentstories.in.
Return Policies
Perfumes are non-returnable products.
Returns/replacements will only be accepted if the product received is damaged or defective.
Samples/decants are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our address if a return is approved.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, and refused packages. Any shipping cost incurred to return the product will not be refunded, except in cases of shipping errors made by us.
Return Instructions – 4 Easy Steps to No-Hassle Returns
Before shipping your return, please review our return guidelines below:
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our return policy.
- Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging, within 2 days of receipt.
- Free samples or gifts with purchase are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
- Refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer. Customers who made purchases via Cash on Delivery must share their bank details for the refund.
Returns will be processed, and refunds will be issued within five business days of receiving the returned product.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
